INTARCON, beneficiary of the 2024 Circular Economy PERTE

INTARCON has been awarded funding under the 2024 Circular Economy PERTE call. As a result, the company reinforces its commitment to sustainability and the circular economy. The funding supports a project to implement a remanufacturing line for industrial refrigeration equipment.

Through its participation in the Circular Economy PERTE, INTARCON is developing strategic actions to improve the sustainability of its production processes. In particular, the project focuses on more efficient resource use, material optimization, and the integration of circular-economy criteria into industrial activity.

Consequently, these measures contribute directly to the goals of ecological transition, industrial modernization, and increased competitiveness promoted by the European Union. Moreover, the project aligns with the strategic priorities of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

The Strategic Project for Economic Recovery and Transformation (PERTE) for the Circular Economy seeks to accelerate the adoption of sustainable production models. At the same time, it aims to reduce the environmental impact of industrial activity and promote technological innovation as a driver of economic growth. In this context, INTARCON’s involvement strengthens its commitment to solutions aligned with European sustainability and resilience policies.

Circular Economy PERTE and INTARCON’s commitment

The PERTE for the Circular Economy aims to accelerate the adoption of more sustainable production models, reduce the environmental impact of industrial activity, and foster technological innovation as a lever for economic growth.

Within this framework, INTARCON’s participation reinforces its commitment to sustainability, resilience, and resource efficiency. Furthermore, the implementation of a remanufacturing line marks a key step toward more responsible production. As a result, it extends equipment service life and helps reduce industrial waste.

European funding

This project is funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), which aims to support economic recovery, drive the transformation of the productive fabric, and promote sustainable, digital, and cohesive growth.
