Description
Full INVERTER water or glycol chillers for commercial and industrial refrigeration applications with a reduced R-290 charge.
CONSTRUCTION
- Self-supporting casing made of galvanised sheet steel with weather-resistant polyester coating, with thermo acoustic insulation in elastomeric foam.
- Removable side panels around the entire perimeter.
- Independent compressor compartment separated from the condensing air flow.
- Sealed electrical panel, independent from the refrigerated compartment.
- Flow and return pressure gauges and thermometers.
FANS
- EC electronic fans with speed regulation by proportional control of the condensing pressure.
- Fans with independent air flow rates.
REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT
- Semi-hermetic compressor(s) with capacity control,unloaded start and crankcase heater and INVERTER drive on each compressor.
- Refrigeration circuit made of annealed copper tubing with brazed joints, filter drier, ATEX high and low pressure switches, pressure transducers and temperature probes.
- Independent condensing air circuits.
- Stainless steel plate evaporator brazed with pure copper and electronic expansion valve.
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
- Hydraulic circuit made of copper tubing with threaded connections, with filling/drain valve, air vent, flow switch, thermometers, and inlet and outlet pressure gauges.
- Flow switch.
SECURITY
- ATEX fans for continuous ventilation of the refrigeration compartment.
- Leak detector with audible and visual alarm.
- Shunt trip coil for cutting off the power supply line to electrical components located in the refrigeration compartment.
- Safety valve on the high- and low-pressure sides for common ducted discharge.
- Independent power supply for the exhaust fan and leak detector, with residual-current and thermal-magnetic protection. Flow switch supplied separately.
COIL
- Microchannel condenser coil(s) with Polyester Powder Coating treatment and copper outlet with electrolytic sleeves.
ELECTRICAL PANEL AND CONTROL
- Programmable intarChiller electronic controller with refrigeration control with floating setpoint (external 0-10 V signal), condensing fan control with floating setpoint, pump control, external signal for Silence mode, alarm indicator light and audible leak detection alarm.
CONSTRUCTION
- Stainless steel screws.
- Silentblocks for unit installation (Accesory).
FANS
- Radial fans with vertical discharge.
- AxiTop® diffuser(s) on condensing fan(s).
REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT
- 20 or 100 % condensation heat recovery unit.
- Condensing control for low ambient temperatures < -15 °C.
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
- Integrated hydraulic module made of copper tubing with threaded connections, with glycol circulating pump with stainless steel body and impeller, expansion vessel, safety valve, mesh filter, thermometers and pressure gauges, air vent, and drain connection.
- Standby pump.

- Copper microtube coil with aluminium fins, except AWT.
- Polyurethane anti-corrosion coating for copper microtube coil with aluminium fins, except AWT.
