Cubic-type evaporating unit or air cooler for medium and large-sized cold rooms

CONSTRUCTION

  • Heating kit for high and positive temperature units.
  • External steam humidification kit + steam lance(s) for high and positive temperature.
  • Integrated steam lances for high and positive temperature units.

FANS

  • AC axial fan motors.

REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT

  • Refrigeration circuit made of annealed copper tube.
  • Refrigeration connections to be brazed, with suction line trap integrated in direct expansion units.
  • Electronic expansion valve integrated in the R744 unit (KH-NE version).

HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

  • Threaded hydraulic connections on glycol or water units (KH-NH version).
  • Integrated on/off control solenoid valve on glycol or water units (KH-NH version).

COIL

  • High-efficiency air cooling coil, with copper tubes and aluminium fins, with fin spacing of 4 mm in high temperature, 5 mm in positive temperature, 7 mm in negative temperature, and 10 mm in deep-freezing.
  • Flexible electric drain heater operating during the opening of the liquid solenoid valve for negative temperature units.
  • Integrated evaporating coil and cold room probes.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Heating kit for high and positive temperature units.

  • Integrated steam lances for high and positive temperature units.

FANS

  • Streamers largo alcance.
  • Textile duct nozzles.

REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT

  • Valves not included in R744 or R455A units (KH-NE or KH-NN versions).
  • Electronic expansion valves in R744 or R455A units (KH-NE or KH-NN versions).
  • Subcooled liquid line in R455A negative temperature units (KH-NN version).

HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

  • On/off control solenoid valve not included on glycol or water units (KH-NH version).
  • Flow regulating valve supplied loose. (Accessory)
  • Flow regulating valve with on/off or 0/10 V actuator supplied loose (depending on model, to be checked). (Accessory)

COIL

  • Air defrost.
  • Electric defrost by heaters.
  • Hot gas defrost in R-455A units (version KH-NN).
  • Humidity probe in high and positive temperature units.
  • Epoxy coating for the evaporating coil.
  • Aqua Aero® anti-corrosion coating for copper tube and fin coil.
  • Change of fin spacing (by request).
