Description

Slim type units for small cold rooms, designed as compact evaporating units or air coolers for efficient and reliable refrigeration performance.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Aluminium casing with thermosetting polyester paint.
  • Hinged condensate tray.

FANS

  • AC axial fan motor(s).

REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT

  • Refrigeration circuit made of annealed copper tube.
  • Refrigeration connections to be brazed, with suction line trap integrated in direct expansion units.
  • Electronic expansion valve integrated in the R744 unit (JB-NE version).
  • Solenoid valve in liquid line and expansion valve not included in R290 units (JB-ND version).
  • Solenoid valve in liquid line and adjustable thermostatic expansion valve integrated in the R455A unit (JB-NN version).

HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

  • Threaded hydraulic connections on glycol or water units (JB-NH version).
  • Integrated on/off control solenoid valve on glycol or water units (JB-NH version).

COIL

  • High-efficiency air cooling coil, with copper tubes and aluminium fins, with fin spacing of 4 and 6 mm in high temperature, 5 and 6 mm in positive temperature and 6 mm in negative temperature.
  • Flexible electric drain heater operating during the opening of the liquid solenoid valve for negative temperature units.
  • Integrated evaporating coil and cold room probes.
  • Air defrost.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Heating kit for high and positive temperature units, except for R290 units (JB-ND version).
  • External steam humidification kit + steam lances for high and positive temperature units.
  • Integrated steam lances for high and positive temperature units.

FANS

  • EC fan(s) in high and positive temperature units.

REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT

  • Subcooled liquid line in R455A negative temperature unit (JB-NN version).
  • Valves not included in R744 or R-455A units (JB-NE or JB-NN version).
  • Electronic expansion valve in R455A unit (JB-NN version).

HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

  • On/off control solenoid valve not included on glycol or water units (JB-NH version).
  • Flow regulating valve supplied loose. (Accessory)
  • Flow regulating valve with on/off actuator supplied loose. (Accessory)

COIL

  • Electric defrost by heaters.
  • Hot gas defrost in R290 or R455A units (JB-ND or JB-NN versions).
  • Humidity probe in high and positive temperature units.
  • Epoxy coating for the evaporating coil.
  • Aqua Aero® anti-corrosion coating for copper tube and fin coil.
  • Drain heater in positive temperature units.
  • Change of fin spacing (by request).
