Description

Transcritical CO2 rack by INTARCON, with single or double suction in a transcritical cycle, offering a total refrigeration capacity from 50 to 300 kW.

  • Transcritical cycle with parallel compression

The transcritical cycle with parallel compression improves energy efficiency at high ambient temperatures.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Construction in a galvanised sheet steel structure with epoxy paint.
  • Instrumentation panel with pressure gauges and charging ports.
  • Sealed electrical panel independent from the refrigeration compartment.
  • Emergency unit for R744 maintenance.

REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT

  • Transcritical R-744 compressor rack and parallel compressor rack. INVERTER drive on one compressor in each rack.
  • Oil separator and oil accumulator with filter and electronic injection per compressor
  • Medium-pressure receiver (PS: 60 bar) with double safety valve piped to the outside.
  • Economizer – liquid subcooler.
  • Double pressure control valve, on receiver and at medium pressure.
  • Double pressure control valve.
  • Receiver pressure regulating valves.
  • Pressure regulating valve with relief to medium pressure.

ELECTRICAL PANEL AND CONTROL

  • Electronic regulation for R-717 transcritical systems, with management of the positive temperature and negative temperature lines in transcritical booster configuration.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Silentblocks for unit installation. (Accessory)

REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT

  • Particle separator and filter.
  • Condensation heat recovery.
