Description

intarCU₂BE is a compact and versatile transcritical CO₂ condensing unit, designed for positive temperature applications up to 40 kW, and particularly suitable for supermarkets and commercial refrigeration facilities of approximately 200 to 800 m².

 

CONSTRUCTION

  • Painted galvanized sheet metal casing, with acoustically insulated panels and access panels.
  • Compact vertical cabinet-type chassis, with a target maximum width of 800 mm.
  • Independent compressor compartment, separated from the condenser airflow.
  • Watertight electrical panel, independent from the refrigeration compartment.

FANS

  • Electronic axial fans.

REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT

  • Scroll compressors, one of them INVERTER-driven, with integrated variable-speed drive and Copeland control.
  • High-side PS = 120 bar.
  • Low-side PS = 90 bar.
  • High-pressure valve, bypass valve, transducers and safety devices.
  • Pressure gauges indicating dew-point pressure on the low-pressure side and bubble-point pressure on the liquid side.

COILS

  • Gas cooler integrated into the unit.

ELECTRICAL PANEL AND CONTROL

  • Programmable electronic controller with refrigeration control.
  • Optimized high-pressure and gas cooler control.
  • Residual-current protection, circuit-breaker protection for each compressor, fan, control circuit and auxiliary components.
