Description
Double-flow evaporating unit or air cooler for medium-sized cold rooms
CONSTRUCTION
- Galvanised steel casing painted with thermosetting polyester paint.
- Hinged condensate tray.
FANS
- Low-speed AC axial fans.
REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT
- Refrigeration circuit made of annealed copper tube.
- Refrigeration connections to be brazed, with suction line trap integrated in direct expansion units.
- Electronic expansion valve in R-744 unit (KD-NE version).
- Solenoid valve in liquid line and adjustable thermostatic expansion valve integrated in the unit, in R-455A units (KD-NN version).
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
- Threaded hydraulic connections on glycol or water units (KD-NH version).
- Integrated on/off control solenoid valve on glycol or water units (KD-NH version).
COIL
- High-efficiency air cooling coil, with copper tubes and aluminium fins, with fin spacing of 4 mm in high temperature and 6 mm in positive and negative temperature.
- Integrated evaporating coil and cold room probes.
- Air defrost.
CONSTRUCTION
- Heating kit for high and positive temperature units.
- External steam humidification kit + steam lances for high and positive temperature units.
- Integrated steam lances for high and positive temperature units.
- G3 filter.
REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT
- Electronic expansion valve in R455A units (KD-NN version).
- Valves not included in R744 or R455A units (KD-NE or KD-NN versions).
- Subcooled liquid line in R455A negative temperature unit (KD-NN version).
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
- On/off control solenoid valve not included on glycol or water units (KD-NH version).
- Flow regulating valve supplied loose. (Accessory)
- Flow regulating valve with on/off or 0/10 V actuator supplied loose (depending on model, to be checked). (Accessory)
COIL
- Electric defrost by heaters.
- Hot gas defrost in R455A units (KD-NN version).
- Humidity probe in high and positive temperature units.
- Epoxy coating for the evaporating coil.
- Aqua Aero® anti-corrosion coating for copper tube and fin coil.
- Drain heater in positive temperature units.
- Change of fin spacing (by request).
