    Description

    Compact refrigeration condensing units with axial condensation, “designed for commercial refrigeration applications.

    CONSTRUCTION

    • Casing in pre-painted galvanised sheet, with acoustically insulated panels and service access covers.
    • Independent compressor compartment separated from the condensing air flow.
    • Sealed electrical panel, independent from the refrigerated compartment.

    FANS

    • Axial EC fans.

    REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT

    • Bitzer Ecoline semi-hermetic compressors, with Rotalock service valves, mounted on anti-vibration mounts, and crankcase heater.
    • Optimised to operate with R-455A, R-454C or R-449A.
    • Integrated safety valve in the boiler and in the low-pressure sector.
    • Electronic oil injection system in CRII version and in ON/OFF version with tandem compressors.
    • Oil separator as standard in both CRII and ON/OFF versions.
    • Pressure gauges with low dew pressure and liquid bubble indication.

    SEGURIDAD

    • Integrated safety valve in the boiler and in the low-pressure sector.
    • ATEX fans for continuous ventilation of the refrigeration compartment.

    COIL

    • Aluminium microchannel condenser coil with Polyester Powder Coating treatment.

    CONTROL

    • Electromechanical emergency manoeuvre by adjustable pressure switches with manual or automatic activation in case of failure.
    • Differential protection, and thermal-magnetic protection for each compressor, fan, manoeuvre and auxiliaryelements.
    • Solenoid permission.

    CONSTRUCTION

    • Stainless steel screws.
    • Silentblocks for unit installation (Accessory).
    • Non-return damper for models with radial fan (Accessory).

    FANS

    • Boosted electronic axial fan, up to 80 Pa.
    • Electronic radial fan with horizontal discharge, up to 150 Pa.
    • Electronic radial fan with vertical discharge, up to 150 Pa.

    CIRCUITO FRIGORÍFICO

    • 20% or 80% heat recovery (except for MDV-ZN-70424A and BDV-ZN with two compressor models).
    • Suction filter supplied separately (Accessory).

    COIL

    • Copper microtube coil and aluminium fins.
    • Copper microtube coil and aluminium fins with polyurethane coating.
    • Copper microtube coil and aluminium fins with magnesium alloy.
    • Aqua Aero® anti-corrosion coating for copper microtube finned coil.
    • Aqua Aero® anti-corrosion coating for microchannel coil.
