Description
The new INTARCON semi-hermetic A2L intarCUBE condensing units are refrigeration units with semi-hermetic compressors and compact axial condensing construction, for medium and low temperature applications. They are designed for centralised commercial refrigeration applications up to 40 kW, with the possibility of operating with R-455A, R-454C or R-449A.
They form part of the new intarCUBE A2L condensing unit range, presented as the best low-GWP solution for supermarkets and convenience stores.
- Casing in pre-painted galvanized sheet, with acoustically insulated panels and service access covers.
- Axial EC fans.
- Independent compressor compartment with ATEX extraction fans.
- Bitzer Ecoline semi-hermetic compressors, with Rotalock service valves, mounted on anti-vibration mounts, and crankcase heater.
- Optimised to operate with R-455A, R-454C or R-449A.
- Integrated safety valve in the boiler and in the low-pressure sector.
- Electronic oil injection system in CRII version and in ON/OFF version with tandem compressors.
- Oil separator as standard in both CRII and ON/OFF versions.
- Pressure gauges with low dew pressure and liquid bubble indication.
- Aluminium microchannel condenser coil with Polyester Powder Coating treatment.
- Electrical panel independent of the frigorific compartment.
- Differential protection, and thermal-magnetic protection for each compressor, fan, manoeuvre and auxiliary elements.
- Electromechanical emergency manoeuvre by adjustable pressure switches with manual or automatic activation in case of failure.
