Um intervalo t\u00e9rmico mais elevado pode levar a uma maior condensa\u00e7\u00e3o da humidade e, eventualmente, ao seu congelamento no evaporador, como ilustrado na figura. \u00c0 medida que o salto t\u00e9rmico aumenta, a quantidade de humidade absoluta que \u00e9 removida tamb\u00e9m aumenta, passando de um ponto de estado inicial 2a para um ponto de estado mais cr\u00edtico 2b.
