Nestes, o nosso equipamento arrefece directamente o ar ambiente.<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Refrigerante &#8211; Refrigerante:<\/span> estes s\u00e3o utilizados principalmente em sistemas em cascata, onde as diferen\u00e7as de temperatura de condensa\u00e7\u00e3o e evapora\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o muito elevadas. Nestes evaporadores, o refrigerante dentro do evaporador n\u00e3o evapora completamente, e na sa\u00edda do evaporador h\u00e1 uma mistura bif\u00e1sica com \u00f3tima boa transfer\u00eancia de calor.<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Seco:<\/span> Estes s\u00e3o os mais comuns e encontram-se na maioria das instala\u00e7\u00f5es frigor\u00edficas. Elas formam o pr\u00f3prio circuito de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o unindo duas chapas met\u00e1licas que foram previamente pr\u00e9-formadas de modo que o refrigerante circule dentro delas.<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tubos e barbatanas:<\/span> estes s\u00e3o comuns em c\u00e2maras frigor\u00edficas, principalmente em evaporadores de ar frio. O refrigerante evapora no interior dos tubos que est\u00e3o em contacto com as chapas met\u00e1licas finas.<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Placas:<\/span> estas s\u00e3o utilizadas em <strong>evaporadores frigor\u00edficos<\/strong>-l\u00edquidos ou frigor\u00edficos-refrigerantes. A sua opera\u00e7\u00e3o baseia-se na separa\u00e7\u00e3o dos dois fluidos por uma placa de cobre, alum\u00ednio ou a\u00e7o, que actua como um agente condutor.<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tubos nus:<\/span> estes s\u00e3o normalmente utilizados para arrefecer um l\u00edquido instalando um tubo nu no interior do qual o refrigerante se evapora.<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tubos coaxiais:<\/span> estes s\u00e3o compostos por um ou mais tubos dentro de uma camisa sendo respons\u00e1veis pelo arrefecimento do l\u00edquido.<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Inv\u00f3lucro &#8211; Tubos:<\/span> s\u00e3o muito utilizados, onde o refrigerante circula dentro dos tubos e o l\u00edquido a ser arrefecido circula dentro do inv\u00f3lucro.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-abdd58a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"abdd58a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Processo de selec\u00e7\u00e3o dos evaporadores de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb2190d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cb2190d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Para uma correta sele\u00e7\u00e3o de um evaporador de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o, devemos ter em conta uma s\u00e9rie de fatores, tais como a carga de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o requerida pelo nosso equipamento de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o, a humidade relativa, o alcance e a velocidade do ar requerida. Al\u00e9m disso, teremos de prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o a outros fatores como o salto t\u00e9rmico, ou seja, a diferen\u00e7a de temperatura entre o interior da c\u00e2mara e o l\u00edquido refrigerante utilizado. \u00c9 essencial encontrar um equil\u00edbrio no intervalo t\u00e9rmico porque quanto menor o intervalo t\u00e9rmico, maior \u00e9 a efici\u00eancia. Desta forma, funcionar\u00e1 com taxas de compress\u00e3o mais baixas e o equipamento poupar\u00e1 energia.
