Traditionnellement, cette chaleur \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un d\u00e9chet et dissip\u00e9e par des tours de refroidissement ou des a\u00e9rocondenseurs.<br data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"922\" \/>Cependant, dans une approche d\u2019<strong data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"979\">efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong> et d\u2019<strong data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1008\">\u00e9conomie circulaire<\/strong>, cette chaleur devient une <strong data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1059\">ressource pr\u00e9cieuse<\/strong> pouvant \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e pour couvrir d\u2019autres besoins thermiques de l\u2019installation.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1229\"><strong data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1229\">Potentiel de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur dans la r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration industrielle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1402\">L\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique disponible dans le circuit de condensation repr\u00e9sente g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1371\">entre 125 % et 135 % de l\u2019\u00e9nergie totale absorb\u00e9e<\/strong> par le syst\u00e8me frigorifique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1674\">En pratique, cela signifie qu\u2019une installation de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration industrielle peut <strong data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1510\">couvrir gratuitement<\/strong> la totalit\u00e9 de ses besoins en <strong data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1571\">eau chaude sanitaire (ECS)<\/strong>, en <strong data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1600\">chauffage des locaux<\/strong>, ou encore en <strong data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1671\">processus industriels \u00e0 basse ou moyenne temp\u00e9rature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1791\">Ci-dessous figurent les <strong data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1725\">applications typiques<\/strong> et les <strong data-start=\"1733\"
