Composants approuv\u00e9s pour le CO2.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Contr\u00f4le visuel de tous<\/strong> les tuyaux et composants et serrage des joints.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Isoler les composants du syst\u00e8me<\/strong> qui ne peuvent pas supporter la pression d&#8217;essai et ouvrir les vannes et les sol\u00e9no\u00efdes pour amener toutes les sections du circuit \u00e0 une pression \u00e9gale.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Effectuer des tests d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et de r\u00e9sistance sur le syst\u00e8me<\/strong>, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 RSIF.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>D\u00e9pressurisez le syst\u00e8me et connectez la pompe \u00e0 vide \u00e0 au moins 3 points du circuit<\/strong> (aspiration MV, aspiration LV, liquide).<strong> Attention<\/strong> aux caches vannes, ils peuvent rester ouverts lorsque le syst\u00e8me est sous vide.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Charge<\/strong> d&#8217;huile dans les s\u00e9parateurs.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vide inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 675 Pa absolus, pendant au moins 2 heures. 270 Pa abs. est recommand\u00e9 (comme pour le HFC). <strong>V\u00e9rifier les exigences suppl\u00e9mentaires selon RSIF.<\/strong><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Charge de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant avec une bouteille de gaz CO2 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 8 bar rel.<\/strong> dans toutes les sections de l&#8217;usine. Utiliser un d\u00e9tendeur.<strong> Attention<\/strong> lors du serrage des \u00e9crous, car les joints peuvent fuir pendant le processus de charge lorsqu&#8217;ils refroidissent.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Charge de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant avec la bouteille sonde (CO2 liquide).<\/strong> Le reste de la charge est effectu\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le CO2 soit pr\u00e9sent dans le voyant. <strong>D\u00e9marrer 20 % des services. <\/strong><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir atteint des conditions de condensation stables, augmentez progressivement la puissance requise, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 atteindre 100 % de l&#8217;installation, tout en ajoutant du CO2 liquide pour compl\u00e9ter la charge de tous les services. Loi 16\/2013.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loi 6\/2018, du 3 juillet, sur le budget g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&#8217;\u00c9tat pour 2018. Article 85 (modification du r\u00e8glement pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent).<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e8glement (UE) n\u00b0 517\/2014 du Parlement europ\u00e9en et du Conseil du 16 avril 2014 relatif aux gaz \u00e0 effet de serre fluor\u00e9s. &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intarcon.com\/fr\/f-gas\/\">R\u00e8glement sur les gaz \u00e0 effet de serre fluor\u00e9s<\/a>&#8220;.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9cret royal 115\/2017, du 17 f\u00e9vrier, qui r\u00e9glemente la commercialisation et la manipulation des gaz fluor\u00e9s et des \u00e9quipements \u00e0 base de ces gaz, ainsi que la certification des professionnels qui les utilisent, et qui \u00e9tablit les exigences techniques pour les installations qui exercent des activit\u00e9s \u00e9mettant des gaz fluor\u00e9s.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrotechnique international (CEI 60335-2-89).
