D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, INTARCON travail intensivement pour optimiser le chargement de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant dans nos dessins de machinerie frigorifique compacte pour les secteurs de la r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration et le froid industriel, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire l\u2019emploi des gaz r\u00e9frig\u00e9rants dans le secteur \u00e0 moins d\u2019une dixi\u00e8me. En effet, devant les 3,5 ou 4 kg de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant HFC par kW de puissance frigorifique (comprenant un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration centralis\u00e9 conventionnel) les \u00e9quipements d\u2019INTARCON se sont caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par un tr\u00e8s faible chargement de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant de jusqu\u2019\u00e0 0,3 kg\/kW.<\/p><p>De ce fait, INTARCON \u00e9vite annuellement l\u2019\u00e9mission des gaz d\u2019effet de serre par une valeur \u00e9quivalente de 100.000 tons de CO2. C\u2019est une petit mais aussi importante partie des \u00e9missions des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre en Espagne. Selon le inventario nacional de emisiones de contaminantes a la atm\u00f3sfera, chiffr\u00e9s en 8,5 millions de tonnes \u00e9quivalentes de CO2, parmi lesquelles environ 6 millions correspondent au secteur de la r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration.<\/p><h4>Alternatives avec glycol ou CO2.<\/h4><p>D\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 nous recherchons activement la substitution des actuels gaz fluor\u00e9s d\u2019haut potentiel de r\u00e9chauffement plan\u00e9taire (PRP) par des gaz r\u00e9frig\u00e9rants \u00e0 bas ou nul impact sur l\u2019environnement, tels que les hydrocarbures. Les premiers \u00e9quipements \u00e0 gaz propane seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans la prochaine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intarcon.com\/fr\/chillventa-2014-las-tendances-de-la-refrigeration\/\">\u00e9dition internationale Chillventa.<\/a><\/p><p>Devant les syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration \u00e0 expansion directe, ayant un haut chargement de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant, INTARCON parie par les nouveaux syst\u00e8mes indirects de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration, qui utilisent les r\u00e9frig\u00e9rants secondaires iniques pour l\u2019environnement, tels que le glycol ou la diode de charbonne.<br \/>Comme deuxi\u00e8me ligne de travail, Keyter parie par l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique dans tous nos dessins d\u2019\u00e9quipements frigorifiques, en surpassant largement les normes d\u2019application. Dans ce sens, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 nos technologies d\u2019\u00e9conomie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, tels que le syst\u00e8me VRC de variation de la capacit\u00e9 des compresseurs de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration ou le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration totale de la chaleur de condensation dans nos tri-centrales de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><a
