Attention ! Maintenez un <strong>sous-refroidissement<\/strong> compris entre <strong>3 K et 5 K<\/strong> afin de garantir la quantit\u00e9 exacte de liquide dans le circuit et v\u00e9rifiez l\u2019absence de bulles dans le voyant liquide.<\/li><li><strong>Recherchez les bulles :<\/strong> contr\u00f4lez le voyant liquide. La pr\u00e9sence continue de bulles signifie que le fluide frigorig\u00e8ne arrive partiellement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat gazeux au d\u00e9tendeur ou que la charge est insuffisante, ce qui r\u00e9duit fortement la puissance frigorifique.<\/li><\/ul><h2 data-path-to-node=\"15\"><strong>La surchauffe et la protection du compresseur<\/strong><\/h2><div>\u00a0<\/div><h2 data-path-to-node=\"15\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQo46WWxvLULtbnwwjeQTXQoVO7fU2IKrS6_frmgVvq8A&amp;s=10\" alt=\"Compresores de Pistones Serie Est\u00e1ndar UL | Frascold\" width=\"324\" height=\"213\" \/><\/h2><p data-path-to-node=\"16\">La chaleur ext\u00e9rieure entra\u00eene un retour du fluide frigorig\u00e8ne vers le compresseur \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que d\u2019habitude. Si la surchauffe \u00e0 l\u2019aspiration est trop importante, la temp\u00e9rature de refoulement du compresseur augmente fortement, ce qui d\u00e9grade l\u2019huile et peut provoquer un grippage m\u00e9canique.<\/p><blockquote data-path-to-node=\"17\"><p data-path-to-node=\"17,0\"><strong>R\u00e8gle d\u2019or :<\/strong>maintenez la surchauffe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vaporateur entre <strong>5 K et 7 K<\/strong> et veillez \u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature de refoulement mesur\u00e9e sur la culasse du compresseur ne d\u00e9passe jamais <strong>120 \u00b0C.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><h2 data-path-to-node=\"19\"><strong>Armoire \u00e9lectrique : la grande oubli\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2><p data-path-to-node=\"20\">Le stress thermique n\u2019affecte pas uniquement les tuyauteries et le fluide frigorig\u00e8ne. Une borne desserr\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e8re une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique, entra\u00eenant des chutes de tension et, dans le pire des cas, la destruction d\u2019un composant.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"21,1,0\"><strong>Intensit\u00e9s r\u00e9elles par rapport aux valeurs nominales :<\/strong> utilisez une pince amp\u00e8rem\u00e9trique. Lorsque l\u2019installation fonctionne \u00e0 pleine puissance, v\u00e9rifiez que l\u2019intensit\u00e9 absorb\u00e9e par le compresseur et les ventilateurs ne s\u2019approche pas de la limite du relais thermique.
