Therefore, its implementation gives our company the image of an ethical, upright and transparent organisation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-0428fed elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"0428fed\" data-element_type=\"section\">\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f8b5e15\" data-id=\"f8b5e15\" data-element_type=\"column\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64fd7e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"64fd7e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>CODE OF ETHICS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Code of Ethics is an essential and integral part of the Plan and contains rules of conduct and ethical standards that are binding on all parties subject to the Plan.<\/p>\n<p>It was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on <strong>28 June 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a1016d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a1016d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It is the highest body responsible for ensuring compliance with INTARCON\u2019s Code of Ethics and the internal regulations governing its implementation. Likewise, in its role as the body responsible for criminal compliance, it is in charge of identifying the company\u2019s criminal risks and assessing, analysing, implementing, improving and monitoring the Crime Prevention System.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e371e7b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e371e7b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>RISK ACTIVITIES, OFFENCES AND POLICIES FOR ACTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>INTARCON\u2019s corporate purpose is the design, manufacture and marketing of equipment and solutions based on refrigeration and air-conditioning technologies. Therefore, in carrying out any of its activities for this purpose, various risk situations may arise that could lead to the commission of any of the relevant offences.<\/p>\n<p>In turn, the policies for action are the protocols or procedures established by INTARCON with the aim of preventing criminal conduct in the performance of risk activities.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-91c7071 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"91c7071\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>HOW TO SUBMIT A REPORT<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Communications may be submitted through any of the following channels:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Through the <a href=\"https:\/\/whistleblowersoftware.com\/secure\/canaldedenunciaskeytergroup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">internal whistleblowing channel<\/a> published on the website (preferred method).<\/li>\n<li>Email (<a href=\"mailto:canalinterno@intarcon.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>canalinterno@intarcon.es<\/strong><\/a>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paper format \/ postal mail<\/strong> (it may be submitted using the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1XHNN57f568PSxsEQdunCQhWP_nO5HeJT\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>downloadable template<\/strong><\/a>.
