INTARCON has supplied an intarCUBE plant to the tobacco company Swisher Sweet in its new 4000m3 facilities in Santiago (Dominican Republic) to keep the tobacco leaves used in its manufacturing process in optimal conditions.

The cold rooms of this facility will be used for the storage of raw material with special temperature and relative humidity requirements. A total of 5 plants have been installed that supply industrial cubic evaporators distributed in a refrigeration cold room at 10ºC, a pre-cold room at 7ºC and a freezing cold room at -20ºC, with a humidity control for the treatment of tobacco leaves.
