intarPACK Low noise refrigeration split systems

IntarPACK series are refrigeration split systems  composed by a low-noise condensing unit for outdoor installation and one or two industrial cubic type evaporating units.

They are fully equiped, featuring every regulation and control needed, except electrical and frigorific connection. Each unit has been previously tested to guarantee an optimal performance under extreme ambient conditions at minimun noise levels.

  • MSE series: positive temperature, from 14,4 to 102 kW
  • BSE series: negative temperature, de 7,7 a  74,4 kW

  • 400V-III-50Hz power supply.
  • R404A refrigerant.
  • Hermetic reciprocating or Scroll compressors, acoustic isolated, with discharge muffler, mounted on shock absorbers, with internal klixon and crankcase heaters.
  • Large U-shaped surface of condensing coil, in copper pipes and aluminium fins, tropicalised for ambient temperature up to 45ºC.
  • Low-speed axial motorfans, mounted on nozzles, dynamically balanced blades and external protection grille.
  • Refrigeration circuit with single or double suction line, made in annealed copper pipes, equipped with high and low pressure switches, service valves, security valves, liquid receiver and filter drier.
  • Switchboard electronic controll, with thermal and magnetothermal protection for compressors, motors and defrosting cable heaters.
  • Electronic regulation in power stages with remote control.
  • Evaporating unit fully equipped:
    • High efficiency evaporating coil, in copper pipes and aluminium fins, with 5/7 mm pitch between fins.
    • Long-distance axial motorfans mounted on nozzles.
    • Thermostatic expansion valve and solenoid valve integrated
    • Defrosting heater cables imbricated in coil.
    • Double stainless steel drain tray with isolate.
    • Aspiration siphon integrated.
  • 4 power stages electronic control with single or double suction temperature target, proportional control of condensation temperature and remote control keyboard

  • Anticorrosion coil coating.
  • Hot gas defrosting.
  • ModBus protocol and RS485 connection for external communiation (as an option).
  • Long range air streamer.
  • Powered motor-fan for textil ducts.
